Analysis of "the religious" in the decree of free and compulsory public instruction, Antonio Guzmán Blanco

Abstract
This article summarizes reflections on the presence of religious elements in Venezuelan law. In this case, we analyze the Decree of Public Instruction, Free and Compulsory and the use of the cutural elements associated with the Catholic faith. The findings have to do with the strong opposition to the presence of religious elements in the understanding of the world established by the Catholic Church.
